Computer Room Design

i have an older version of an Expert Software application, Home Design 3D. it does what i need it to to get me by, but for wiring i am left to dry. is there another program thats more advanced that displays wiring such as electrical, Cat-5, phone cables, etc? location, price (best is free/trial), type of software please
cant find online tried it. it brings up wiring you can buy

So you can see different paint colors on your walls in your room.

I am planning to finish off my basement with a entertainment space, laundry room, and bathroom and would like some software to design the walls, spaces, and layout.

I am planning to do a cross stitch thingie for my wall at home 1m x 4m but need to do the plans out first.

is there any free or cheep software I can use to design it or is there a special name for some paper I can buy?
