Computer Room Design

Hi.. my boyfriend and I are trying to re-organize a couple of rooms in his house, since they’re a little oddly shaped and awkward.

Does anyone know of any good (and safe), free software that deals with floorplans? I’d like to be able to move around walls, windows, resize furniture and measure distances, etc.

i wanted to know if there was a website where i can design rooms. like furniture, walls, flooring, and like windows and stuff. also the paint colors. i dotn want a software that i need to download. i just want a website where i can play around with it for free.

I want to design my future room in a 3D layout form. It needs to be FREE and cannot send viruses through my computer. Any websites where I can do that? I would like to be able to put furniture of my choice into it. Help me please!

I am looking for a nice (but comfortable! many hours spent in front of computer for school/research) computer chair that will blend in with the living room when the computer door cabinets are shut and the chair is pushed aside to join the rest of the furniture.

icovia is a program that you can scale rooms and can even create furniture. Does anyone know if you can download this software somehow.

Is there a free software, or website, where I can make a simple design/sketch of my room, and then know how to arrange my furniture? I want to give my room a new look by moving the furniture around, but I want to know if there is somewhere I can input measurements, and then see possibilities.

I need to draw floorplans with automatic dimensioning and square footage displayed in each room. Curved walls is also required and the ability to export to bitmap or jpg.
Does anyone know about an easy program to use, I don’t need 3d or furniture etc capabilities.

My family and I are thinking about moving and designing our own house. Well I need some advice for the best, most detailed Interior and Exterior designing software to buy for under $30?
Detailed as in where I can add different kinds of furniture, add a basement, a media room, and a game room.
Have any suggestions?

hi, im designing my new room in our new house and its been really hard doing that on paper because if i want to move the bed or change any of the sizes and measurements i end up having to do it all over again.

so i was wondering if there is any designing software thats really simple to use that i can download for free from limewire.

i tried autocad but that was waaaaaaaaaaay to complicated for me i want something really simple like “paint” for example, just instead of choosing lines and colours i want to choose different beds and furniture.

I got a new room, and I don’t know how to desgin it. Heres some some furniture i have. Please help me redesingn it. i have a victorian bed, victorian dresser, victorian side table, a white dell computer, cream walls, wooden floors, 42 inch black LCD tv, and thats about it. PLEASE HELP!
