Computer Room Design

The bulk of my home is in one great big room. The living room/computer room. There is a large archway that “separates” them, but visually it views as one giant room, including high ceilings. The smaller half of the room is painted white below the chair rail, and a pale lemony yellow above the chair rail. The other half is a dull white in desperate need of paint.
I can’t choose a paint color for that room. I am afraid continuing the yellow would be garish in such large quantities.
The entire house has very dark, reddish stained trim (french doors, window frames, banister.. etc). It is spruce, but the stain has darkened over many years. I do not plan to change the trim, since it is one of the historical points of the home.
The design style we’ve used throughout the home has a cottage feel… with a little bit of beachy inspiration. Lots of natural elements, flowers, stone, brick, pale yellows, variety of blues, whites.
I just can’t for the life of me pick a color for the other half of this room.

Also, any photos of rooms or colors or color inspirations would be awesome.

ok well here it is. What are some layouts that can be done in this computer class room. The class room size is 37′6*34′ sq ft. (Its basically a square room) and it needs to hold 28 computers. I thought of some layouts like put the computers in rows from front of the room to the back, but i just need other peoples ideas on how this could be done. Thanks

We are going to convert our garage into a family room.
Computer room, TV room, play room
would like to know if anyone has done this before and could give any ideas on what cabinet configuration would be best. Maybe some sites to see examples
