Computer Room Design

Im currently using Solidworks for designing 3D models. I wanted MasterCam Mill so that I could try doing some CAM projects on my home PC.Please help

I did not have the software and he said he can get a serial number from illegal sites?! so that I do not have to pay for the whole software which is 400$….I asked to download the free version which you can use for a month….instead of downloading directly to my computer he used my broadband connection and my IP address on his own labtop and downloaded it on a CD and then downloaded the CD on my labtop.I am worried about the fact that he used my broadband connection on his own labtop….and why he did not do it using my computer?If someone knows your IP address can he use it by anyway?I mean my broadband connection is just being used in my home through my phone connection but if he knows this what sort of things can he do?and what are this illegal sites he is talking about he can get a serial number for the software?

What I’m trying to ask is, when you are designing websites with content that takes up a lot of space like audio and videos, how can you do this from one computer without running out of room on your hard drive - all files that are on the website are mirrored on the hard drive and as far as I know this is a necessity. I am working on my third website and I update them all from this computer. How do people who are webmasters deal with this issue? Thanks a lot for your input and I hope this question is clear enough.

i wanted to know if there was a website where i can design rooms. like furniture, walls, flooring, and like windows and stuff. also the paint colors. i dotn want a software that i need to download. i just want a website where i can play around with it for free.

I am new to System Analysis & Design. I have a project which has a SRS document which is not yet complete. There might be additions/deletion later. The project has to be done in VB.NET and MySQL currently and later ported to ASP.NET. The project is about the “Lodge Management” - basically the hotel room management with restaurant billing linked to it.

I need to design the best architecture ( rather a robust framework ), need to identify Presentation, Business & Data layer, prepare a design document (HLD & LLD). I dont understand the words like design patterns, UML, SOA, MVC, Visio document, Project Management, Effort Estimation etc.

Can some one send me some good document with a practical system problem solved ? It will be helpful even if you give me some link on the web where I can proceed step-by-step to design a great software piece.

Please help me.

I am currently working on renovating a room to be used as an internet cafe. I need suggestions as to room color, ambience, layout for the computers, and theme. This will focus more on internet usage and not so much on gaming.
